FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What is S.W.R. [Secondary Water Resistant]?
A: It's an additional roof protection system when your roof fails.

Q: What is Deck Reinforcement?
A: Your existing roof decking is only secured by nails. Foam Adhesive super glues the plywood decking to the trusses, making it 3 times stronger than code.

Q: Does Spray Foam Adhesive meet the requirements of local building codes?
A: Yes, all of our Hurricane adhesives have Dade County approval.

Q: Do all insurance companies recognize Foam adhesive?
A: Yes, it's recognized as both SWR and Deck Reinforcement.

Q: Does Foam Adhesive raise roof temperature?
A: No.

Q: If I have a roof leak, will it rot my roof decking?
A: No.

Q: How will I know if I have a roof leak?
A: Water staining will show up in the soffit/fascia areas.

Q: What is the difference between foam adhesive and foam insulation?
A: Foam adhesive glues the roof to the trusses and keeps water out. Foam insulation does not.

Q: Why is one A/C vent cold and others are not?
A: A/C ducts run thru the attic (aprox. 145-160 degrees). Foam Adhesive resolves the issue, lowering your attic to only 10 degrees above the outside air temperature.

Q. Will Foam Adhesive protect from tornadoes?
A. Yes, 90% of all tornadoes are under 150mph

What about hail damage?
A. Yes it does.

Q: Can Adding Spray Foam Insulation To My Home Reduce My Electric Bill 60%?
A: No, because your electric bill is made up of 4 components which are your AC/Heating, Hot Water Heater, Appliances, & Lighting. On the average home, the AC/Heating part of the bill is only about 50% of the total bill. Realistly, you can expect to save 30-35%. In order to reduce your bill by as much as 60%, you would need to take energy saving measures toward the other three components.

Q: Will Hurricane Adhesive Sprayed To The Underside Of My Roof Deck Void My Shingle Warranty?
A: No.

Q: Do You Offer 100% Financing On All Your Products?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you have Employees that do the work or do you use Sub-Contractors?
A: We are a family owned and operated business and use our own employees and no sub-contractors.

Q: Are you Insured?
A: Yes, we carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance and workers comp on our employees.
